Our family business was founded in 1953 under the banner of Charcuterie Alsacienne by my uncle Marcel Vidal, former companion who has decided to settle in the Papal city in 1953, after completing his tour in Alsace (for the Charcuterie Alsacienne story ).
myself, attracted by the catering business, I made my first steps at the 2nd portail Matheron street, as an apprentice,before i go on perfecting in Lyon during two years and a half. On my return in 1975, my mother, my wife and myself, we took the family business that specializes in the sale to go, deli and catering.
Since 1985 our services have diversified: we specialize in different areas: Cocktail Aperitif, Cocktail reception, buffet meal for seminar, wedding, finally all ceremonies. We also snacks of Christmas trees for committees of companies, schools ... We deliver meals to elderly and meal trays in some companies.
